SHIPMENTS
All shipments are free and are made Monday to Friday with ELTA or ACS courier. - For the items that are in stock, the shipment takes place two days after the completion of your order - For pre-ordered items, the shipment takes place ten days after the completion of the order. All our items are handmade and take time to make.

RETURNS
You can return or exchange any product you wish within 14 days of receiving your parcel. In order for your product to be returned to us, it must be in the same condition as you received it, in its packaging, without the packaging having been used or abused. Pre-order products, i.e. products made exclusively after your order and not in stock, are not refundable. You can contact us regarding your returns at evitelus@gmail.com . Please include your order number in your request. Once your return is accepted (based on the terms of our policy above), you will receive

If you want a refund, there are two ways to do it:

1. We refund you in the same way you made your payment
2. A 3-month credit note or Gift Card can be created for future purchases.

If your payment was made by card or bank deposit, it will take a few business days for the refund amount to appear in your account. The interested party bears the shipping costs related to its return. Items sent to us without any notification will not be accepted.

EXCHANGE

If you wish to change any of the products you received due to incorrect shipping by us, please email us immediately at evitelus@gmail.com If you change your mind after ordering and since all our products are handmade, no changes are made. Please include your order number in your request and we will guide you through the details of your change. The change can be made with products of equal or greater value and the payment of the additional amount.

For your first exchange shipping costs are FREE.

The courier companies we work with are ACS and ELTA courier. If you wish (after consultation with us) to have the change carried out with a courier company of your choice, we do not undertake the shipping costs.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
All our products are handmade, therefore small imperfections cannot be considered a defect. If the product you received is truly defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package via evitelus@gmail.com Please include in your request a photo of the product where you believe it has the defect as well as your order number and we will immediately initiate its replacement. In this case there is no additional charge for returning your product to us and resending it.
